GOVERNOR AMBODE EMERGES AS TOP PERFORMING GOVERNOR... POLL

According to the result gotten by the African Leadership Magazine, UK in the recent online poll,Gov.Akinwumi Ambode emerged winner of the best performing governor since the arrival of the current government administration in Nigeria. He topped the vote with a total percentage of 37.2% of the total vote.Following him in second place is the executive governor of Rivers State,Gov.Nyesom Wike with a total of 29%.Governor Obiano of Anambra State and Governor Patrick Okowa of Delta State secured third and fourth positions with a total of 18% and 13% respectively.Residing at fifth position is the executive governor of Kaduna State, Gov. Nadir El-Rufai with 5% vote.
     The poll which started on the 3rd of August Was tagged'Good Governance Poll for Nigeria's Top Performing Governors' .According to the organisers,the poll was designed by the group as part of its strategic engagement tool to monitor performance and gauge the mood of the electorates in Nigeria in line with its objectives of providing credible information and support to leaders in Nigeria and Africa at large
